PET outer layer: high mechanical strength, heat resistance, and excellent printability
ALU core: complete barrier against oxygen, moisture, light, and odors
PE inner layer: good heat-sealability and chemical resistance
Ideal for retort pouches, coffee packaging, and pharmaceutical blister backing
BOPP/ALU/PE
BOPP outer layer: high clarity, gloss, and stiffness; good moisture barrier
ALU middle layer: total light/gas/aroma barrier
PE sealing layer: reliable heat-seal performance
Suitable for dry food packaging (snacks, biscuits, confectionery) where high barrier and transparency are not simultaneously required (BOPP provides transparency, but ALU blocks light – typically used for opaque barrier packs)
